Officers were called to thee 10000 block of Lomond Drive on Wednesday afternoon, where there was a report of Michael Scott Jenkinson exposing himself to a teen girl and 32-year-old man.
Police say that the two spotted Jenkinson partially unclosed, exposing himself, and he was ultimately taken into custody by investigators who responded to the area.
There was no physical contact occurred between the victims and Jenkinson, officials confirmed.
Jenkinson was held without bond at the Prince William County Detention Center after being charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
His next court date is pending.
